The squad trains every Thursday at Winston Churchill School from 9pm-11pm. There are also training sessions on Sunday afternoons from 4pm -6pm at Addlestone Leisure Centre unless there is a match Training fees are £2.50per hour /£5 for a 2 hour sessions.

All players must register with the Club which includes registrations with England Basketball
