The squad will consist of 10 players accompanied by coach, Steve Dean, and team manager, Martin Marshall. |

| We will be travelling to the tournament in Ghent, Belgium, in a mini-bus, crossing the Channel with EuroTunnel. |
| We will be leaving Winston Churchill School on Friday 22nd August, and returning to the school on Monday 25th |
| August (departure and return times will be confirmed at a later date). |
| The hotel we will be staying at is the Sportshotel "Puyenbroeck" Wachtebebe, which is situated 15km |
| from the centre of Ghent. |
| Each day the players will receive breakfast, a packed lunch, and a cooked evening meal. |
| The team will play a minimum of four games over the weekend at a variety of venues in and around the city of Ghent. |
| Should your son have any special dietary requirements, or any condition for which they require regular medication, |
| please inform us ASAP. |
