NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Monday 2nd July

The 7th Annual General Meeting of Woking Blackhawks Basketball Club will take place on Monday 2nd July, commencing at 8.00 pm, and ending by 10.00pm.

 While all members are welcome, as this meeting will focus on the Club’s Committee and organization, it is particularly aimed at Senior Members and Parents / Guardians of Junior members

 The venue will be the classroom at the rear of Winston Churchill School Sports Centre – directions will be posted on the Sports Centre door.

 Nominations for all other Committee positions (maximum of 10) are open to all Members and Parents / Guardians of junior registered members.

In addition to all Coaches, the other Committee positions are currently: 

Team Manager – U12 Mixed

Team Manager – U16 Boys

Team Manager – U14 Boys

Team Manager - Ladies

Team Manager – U 14 Girls

Marketing Officer

Team Manager – U16 Girls

Team Manager(s) – Mens

 Nominations – Proposed and seconded by other members, Parents or Guardians should be delivered to the present Chairman (chair@blackhawks.co.uk) or Secretary( martin@blackhawks.co.uk), by the 18th June 2007.

 Election of Officers and committee members to all positions is dependant on a  subsequent successful CRB check to the enhanced level.
